Sri Bhashita School believes that teachers are as important as the curriculum. Their goal is to prepare students so that they can compete and succeed in a competitive environment worldwide. The faculty is trained to identify students’ academic strengths as well as their areas of development. 

Before selecting a teacher, a demo of the teacher is taken.  They are selected only if he/she meets the set criteria, thereafter to help teachers get a comprehensive understanding of the school and the curriculum. It is to be noted that all the Sri Bhashita School lead teachers are certified with degrees and approved by educational bodies.

Faculty members will participate in educational seminars and symposia conducted nationally and internationally in order to be up-to-date on educational developments. Students have been exposed to a variety of challenging and inspiring teaching and learning methods. We conduct orientation programs and periodic parent-teacher meetings in order to help parents learn about the curriculum and instructional practices in the school.
